Schools Day Out Returns for 2014!

After the success last year, the 'Schools Day Out' returns for 2014.

Kent Cricket Board and Kent County Cricket Club will be holding a Schools Day on Tuesday 24th June at Kent County Cricket Club, The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, in recognition of Chance to Shine National Cricket Day.

Teaching staff and students will be offered the opportunity to watch the 3rd day of a LV=CC County Championship Match - Kent v Derbyshire - free of charge.

There will be the opportunity to meet one or two of the players during the lunch break and to participate in cricket based activities during the day.

I would like to offer this exciting opportunity to your school. Ticket numbers are unlimited.

We would like to encourage every School to bring a banner, advertising their school, to the match and a prize given to the most original, an example attached. Alternatively, a chant or rap about Cricket, written and delivered by the children, will also be judged.
