Cricket Umpires Update Course
Some 16 changes to the Laws of Cricket and 1 to Appendix “D” came into effect on 1st October 2013.
The Sevenoaks Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers will run a short course to go through these changes and also to give an opportunity to participants to have explained to them by our two ACO instructors any other aspects of the Laws upon which they are unsure. This will be an excellent opportunity for all umpires, coaches and players to prepare for the new season.
The course will run over 2 successive Wednesday evenings, commencing Wednesday, 12th. then Wednesday, 19th March 2014. It will be held at the Sevenoaks Rugby Club (1st Floor), Plymouth Drive, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 3RP. Each session will commence at 7.30pm and will end at 9.30pm approximately.
The charge for attending the course is £10, and, if required, an up to date Law book will be available for purchase at cost. (Approx £2.50)
