About KCB
Kent Cricket Board manages Recreational Cricket in Kent, from its grass root foundations through to the interface with the first class game and beyond. Its mission is to encourage, support and promote participation and development of the game at all levels, ages and abilities, and promote excellence in playing, coaching, officiating and the quality of both playing surfaces and social accommodation facilities.
From 2012 through 2015 the target is to create long-term sustainability for Cricket in Kent. Kent Cricket Board will identify the priorities, direction, scope and expectations of all stakeholders in cricket and deliver inclusion, excitement and involvement in the game. The focus will be on delivering the 'One Game' ethos by widening the appeal of the sport and ensuring as many people as possible stay the game and new participants 'get involved'.
