Important message from Coach Education regarding HOWZAT and e-learning

We have had feedback from a number of candidates on the current Level 2 Child & YPA courses that some of you are experiencing problems with the HOWZAT USB and/or the ECB e-learning.

The advice that the ECB have given the KCB in dealing with these issues are as follows:

Unfortunately the KCB are unable to resolve the problems with HOWZAT and the ECB e-learning as we do not produce either resource.
